Create an Account

Listed below are the options in creating your Ready Agent account.

  • Facebook Login 
  • Gmail Login
  • Apple ID Sign In
  • Manual Creation of Account

If you wish to login using your Facebook or Google account just click on the Sign in Using facebook or Google button then confirm the account you want to use. After signing in you need to confirm the types of property you are looking for. Different filters are available for you to select and refine your property searches. Once done, your account is now set-up and you can start looking for properties.

If you don’t use your social media accounts in signing in, Ready Agent has the option to create your account manually. Just fill out the email address and password then fill out the profile information required, answer the property preference then you can start your journey in finding your dream home!

Reset Password

If you forgot your password, here’s how to reset your password:

  1. On the Sign in screen, click the “Forgot Password” link.
  2. Type in the Email Address used in the application, then, click “Next”.
  3. OTP will be sent to the email address, type in the OTP received.
  4. Once OTP is validated you will be redirected to the reset password screen. You can now reset your password.

Unlink Social Media Account

Disconnect Linked accounts, services, and app.

You can only use your social account to one account in Ready Agent.

To unlink or dissociate Facebook or Google account in Ready Agent:

  1. At the Ready Agent app home screen, click the menu button and Select “Edit Profile”.
  2. Select Connected Social Media Accounts.
  3. Tap the "Disconnect" button to remove your Facebook or Google account.

How to Search for Homes

Start looking for your dream home! To search for properties:

  1. Click on the Search icon on the top of your screen.
  2. Type in the city or street that you want to search on. Keep in mind that you can search for properties using 3 pieces of information. You can search using the city, any landmark and specific address. Click enter to start searching.

How to Save Preferred Properties

Found your dream home but can’t book an appointment yet? Just click on the “” button to save your preferred properties. To see the list of your save properties:

  1. Click on the Hamburger Menu.
  2. Click on “Favorites”

How to Book a Tour

Now that you’re able to find the house of your choice, here’s how to book an appointment to tour the house:

  1. On the Property Details of your chosen property, scroll down and click on “TOUR NOW”.
  2. Select the Real Estate Agent of your choice.
  3. Wait for the acceptance of the Agent.
  4. Once accepted, proceed to the property and start your tour!

How to Contact your Agent

Wanna know how to contact your Agent? Once the tour is accepted the location of the agent will be displayed on the Map, on the same screen the “Contact” button is also available. Click on “Contact” and start chatting with your Agent. You also have the option to call them but charges may apply depending on your carrier.

How to Report a Tour

We apologize for any inconvenience that the tour may have caused you. Our directive has always been to make sure your satisfaction is our top priority. Let us help you resolve any issues that you may have experienced today.

To report a tour:

  1. Click on the “Hamburger Menu”.
  2. Click on “History”.
  3. Then, click on the tour you want to report
  4. Once a tour is selected, click on report an issue.

How to Report an Agent

Great experience is what we strive for when meeting one of our Real Estate Agents. We express a great deal of regret when customers experience otherwise. Keep in mind that we want to assist you in every way possible.

Here’s how to report an Agent in case an issue arise:

  1. After every appointment, the application will prompt you to rate the Agent. You can use it to give feedback not only to the Agent but also to the application.
  2. If you skip the prompt after an appointment, you can click on the Hamburger menu and select “History”.
  3. Select the appointment in which you encounter the Agent.
  4. Then, click “EDIT RATING” and proceed to submitting the rating and the report of the said Agent.

Where can I find information about the property?

Property information is very vital in determining what Real Estate to purchase. We want our customers to be knowledgeable before making a decision.

To find information about the Properties;

  1. Search for the location where you want to look for properties.
  2. Then, select the property you are interested.
  3. Once selected, property information will be displayed on your screen.

Ready Agent use realtor.com to make sure that all the important and most updated property information will be readily available for our customers to look at. Cannot find the information that you need? Talk to us at support@readyagent.app. We’ll get you the information that you need.

Is there a website for Ready Agent?

YES! Ready Agent has a website. You can visit our website at https://readyagent.app/.

Is the app not working after updating?

We want our customers to have a great experience every time they use our application. Updates are necessary to make sure that the application works every time. If you’re experiencing problems launching the application after updating, please try to restart your mobile phone, make sure that the updates are completed, then relaunch the application.

Are you unable to track your agent?

You’re on your way to the property for your tour appointment but the agent's location is not displayed on the application? Try restarting the application or contacting the agent.

Is Share Location not working?

You’re communicating with the Agent and you agree to share your location but your location is not appearing on the Agents screen? No worries, Just make sure that your GPS is turned on so the application can display your real time location.

What to do when safety is compromised?

Safety is more important than ever. Ready Agent not only uses leading edge technology to protect the users data and identity but also the best security encryption to protect every transaction.

We strive for a trouble-free and safe experience before, during and after every tour appointment. Tour and Agent reporting is readily available for any customers that experience otherwise.

Should I share my location?

Security should always be a priority. Only share your location if you feel comfortable.

Why is my account suspended?

Ready Agent Team analyses all tour appointments booked to guarantee the best experience for both the Customer and the Agents. Our review shows that the application may not have been used in accordance with Ready Agent’s Terms of Use.

If you think that suspension of your account is unjustified, an appeal request can be submitted. Appeals submitted will be reviewed by our team and the evaluation will be based on the evidence provided. Appeals do not guarantee account retrieval.

How long is my account suspended?

Suspension is caused by misuse of the application. Suspension period depends on the frequency of misuse of the app. Prolonged abuse might result in banning of accounts.
